Staveley Village Association

We are a registered charity that owns & maintains Staveley Village Hall, Institute, Recreation Ground, Pavilion, Children’s playground & Allotments. These facilities are important to life in our community.

  • You must include the time required to set up & clear away. For example, a two-hour children's party will require a minimum of a 4 hour booking. See end of session Check List

  • A maximum of 8 hours charge for full day use. All bookings must be in full hour periods. See Conditions of Hire

  1. Go to the Invoicing menu in your account. 2. Click the Square link next to the outstanding invoice. 3. You’ll be redirected to Square to complete the payment using any supported method.

Coffee Mornings at Staveley Village Hall

Saturday Coffee Mornings hold a special place in our community, offering so much more than just a cup of coffee.

They provide an opportunity to raise awareness and essential funds for their chosen charities.

These mornings are a simple but important way to bring people together and support both individuals and local causes.
