Staveley Village Association
Our registered charity owns, operates & maintains Staveley Village Hall, Institute, Pavilion, Sports Field, Children’s playground & Allotments. These facilities are important to life in our community, with over 1000 bookings in 2025. If you would like to support or donate please click here.

UU are carrying out sewer works through our playground, which is temporarily closed until Sunday 6th Sept 2026.

The Community rate is only available for charities, residents & community groups based in LA8 & LA9 Postcodes. (Residents hiring for business use are chargeable at commercial rates)
You must include the time required to set up & clear away. For example, a two-hour children's party will require a minimum of a four-hour booking.
All bookings must be in whole hours e.g. 12pm-4pm.
A maximum charge of 8 hours will apply for full day use.

To pay your invoice : (No Cheques or Cash)
Go to the Invoicing menu in your Hallmaster account.
Click the Square link next to the outstanding invoice.
You’ll be redirected to Square to complete the payment.
