We are a registered charity that owns & maintains Staveley Village Hall, Institute, Recreation Ground, Pavilion, Children’s playground & Allotments. These facilities are important to life in our community.

The discounted community hire rate is only available for charities & community groups based in LA8 & LA9 Postcodes.
You must include the time required to set up & clear away. For example, a two-hour children's party will require a minimum of a four-hour booking.
All bookings must be in whole hours e.g. 12pm-4pm.
A maximum charge of 8 hours will apply for full day use.

Go to the Invoicing menu in your Hallmaster account.
Click the Square link next to the outstanding invoice.
You’ll be redirected to Square to complete the payment.
