Investment Priorities

The Trustees of Staveley Village Association have met twice over the last two weeks to debate and agree our investment priorities for the next 18 months. 

 The following priorities have been agreed:

 1. Replace windows in the flat above the Institute.

2. Complete outstanding work on the playground.

3. Install WiFi in the Institute, Village Hall & Pavilion.

4. Repair damaged guttering & downpipes on Institute.

5. Decorate exterior woodwork on Village Hall & Institute.

6. Refurbish & renew shower, toilet & changing facilities in the Pavilion.

7. Improve facilities access control & security measures.

8. Refurbish & improve usage of the Bank & Back Rooms within the Institute.

9. Secure planning permission & implement Pavilion refurbishment.

These investment priorities sit alongside the work currently being undertaken to improve the management of our facilities, update our policies, improve our finance processes, modernise our constitution and improve our engagement with the local community.
