Rosina Merret Joins The SVA
Rosina was appointed a Trustee on 1st July 2025.
Rosina has over 25 years experience across multiple sectors ranging from publishing, transport, fashion and manufacturing. For 10+ of those years, Rosina worked alongside the senior team at Pearson, owners of Pearson Education, Financial Times and Penguin.
Relocating to Staveley in 2017, Rosina joined The Creative Branch in Staveley Mill Yard to create and build a Marketing department within the established agency, remaining there for 5 years. Moving to James Cropper for 12 months to support the communication of their company-wide restructure. Residing happily since 2024 at Kendal Mountain Festival leading on strategy, marketing and communications.
Rosina is married to Simon, and they have a daughter, Amory, who currently attends Staveley Primary School. Most weekends are spent wild swimming in the tarns and lakes, or exploring the fells close by.
