Staveley playground closure between April - July 2026
United Utilities will be carrying out essential sewer works through the playground and the southern side of the sports field from April to July 2026.
As a result, the playground, Pavilion and southern sports field will be closed during this time.
Their will be a public meeting for hirers of the Pavilion to discuss alternative arrangements on Saturday 10/01/2026. There will be a follow up meeting at 10am on 07/03/2026 in the Pavilion.
The Trustees have agreed to align the Village Hall hire charge to the Pavilion rates during its closure to help accommodate all regular hirers.
